Brindle Distillery, the producers of Cuckoo Gin are totally dedicated to the future – that’s why their distilling methods are sustainable and eco-friendly. From growing ingredients on site at Holmes Farm, to using waste materials to heat the still, they are committed to making a difference, whilst make the most spectacular gin!
Refreshingly smooth, Brindle Distillery’s handcrafted, signature Cuckoo Gin is infused with ethically sourced botanicals including juniper, coriander, grapefruit peel, orange peel, oats, almonds, cardamom, chamomile and cinnamon, which gives the gin its unique taste.
After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemon with a lingering taste of spice and liquorice. Dry on the finish with a peppery kick from coriander seeds, this is a drink to slowly savour!
You can find the original Cuckoo Gin along with other gins in the collection at Bowland Food Hall in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
