A Personal Approach

To Counselling & Psychotherapy

Bryan Love is able to use various psychological therapies in order to support recovery

Bryan Love of Mindfully-Resilient has a personal approach to individual and group psychological therapies. He works with clients to establish their goals and then collaboratively, working together developing a model of recovery, sustained through practical life enhancing skills.

Mindfully-Resilient is a simple concept based on 25 years of clinical experience. Along the journey, Bryan has met many people who have learnt to cope with and grow beyond their psychological needs.

Bryan works with a number of psychological and emotional needs, using a wide range of psychological therapies in order to support recovery, growth and development of potential. He can bring different treatment approaches to sessions. These include the use of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR). He is also trained in schema therapy, compassionate living and compassionate mind, and is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor.

Bryan also specialises in PTSD, trauma, anger and self-esteem. Accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) and the National Counselling Society (acc NCS) and EMDR Europe (acc EMDR Practitioner), he is also a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. He is registered under Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RMN.
