Sarah Varley catches up with Lisa Dering, owner of Elisa Belle Bridal, to discover how brides-to-be are loving this fashion-forward, city-style boutique right on their doorstep
Now firmly established in Barrowford, Elisa Belle owner Lisa Dering is thrilled with how the first four months in business has gone.
“After so much hard work to get the boutique looking perfect, it’s fabulou Sarah Varley catches up with Lisa Dering, owner of Elisa Belle Bridal, to discover how brides-to-be are loving this fashion-forward, city-style boutique right on their doorstep s to have been selected as a finalist for Best In-Store Design at the Bridal Buyers Awards,” Lisa tells me.
“I’m delighted to now have my full collection of 2020 wedding gowns, giving brides such a fantastic choice. The whole vision behind opening Elisa Belle was to give style-conscious brides diverse, modern and really exquisite choices locally, without the need to travel to Manchester or London. I’m so happy that this has been really well received.
“It has been a personal pleasure getting to know who the Elisa Belle brides are. I put so much of my heart and soul into choosing which designers and dresses to offer, to be able to help women find their perfect dress – something different that they completely fall in love with.”
Lisa has carefully selected some of the most amazing designers such as Halfpenny London, Stephanie Allin, Savin London and Caroline Castigliano. “I’m thrilled to bring these really iconic designers to my brides, with breath-taking designs and diverse styles you just don’t find elsewhere,” Lisa says.
“I also love that they are British designers who have maintained a hands-on, personal touch despite their huge success. This means they take such care and retain a personal interest in sourcing the finest fabrics and remain only a phone call away enabling a truly bespoke service when it comes to fabric, colour or design details.”
Lisa will be hosting ‘Trunk Shows’ with her chosen designers over the coming months, where each designer’s complete 2020 collection will be available in store. Representatives from each brand, and in some cases the designer themselves, will be available to offer brides extra expert help in choosing their perfect gown. Lisa will be offering incentives on gowns ordered during these events.
“Brides never feel limited here, they really are spoilt for choice. Brides say they have never seen dresses like these and struggle to decide on just one dress. They are suddenly surrounded by fantastic options, which is a wonderful position to be in and makes choosing their dream dress even more exciting!
“One of the most rewarding parts of this job is the feedback I’ve had from brides,” Lisa concludes. “I will never get tired of hearing that shopping at Elisa Belle has been one of the best parts of their wedding journey!”
