BUSINESS AS USUAL…

It’s business as usual at an award winning kitchen showroom, which has recently been taken over by leading industry experts Markham Webber Design

With decades of experience in the kitchen design and installation industry, David and Jane Brunt of Markham Webber Design are delighted to be moving into Clitheroe to showcase their stunning work.

The Markham Webber team currently have two showrooms in Cheshire, but have always aspired to bringing their cutting-edge designs to the Ribble Valley.

In what has been a seamless transition, Markham Webber Design recently took over J&S Kitchens, previously owned and run by Jane and Simon Miller.

Jane says: “We are very happy that we have, over five years, been able to build an award-winning business and we are delighted to be passing on that success to Markham Webber.”

Mirroring Jane and Simon’s reputation for award-winning design and industry-leading products, Markham Webber is perfectly placed for the takeover, aiming at a mid to high-end audience, which appreciates affordable luxury.

“We are very much looking forward to working in the Ribble Valley,” explains David, who with his wife Jane and his business partner Jeremy Bernstein, have been in the industry for over 30 years.

With a reputation for delivering innovative kitchen concepts that work on an aesthetic and practical level, Markham Webber Design is delighted to introduce Leicht, exclusively to the Ribble Valley.

With a history spanning 80 years, leading German manufacturer Leicht is synonymous with kitchen products engineered to the highest level of quality that offer design flexibility and a stunning range of finishes.

Along with contemporary Leicht products the Markham Webber showroom will also continue to offer more traditional painted kitchens too, as well as keeping the same highly-skilled design and installation teams employed by J&S – including award-winning designer Claire Kelly.

“We feel continuity is crucial,” adds Jeremy. “The Ribble Valley is an area we have been looking at for a long time and this is a fantastic opportunity for us to become part of the local community.”

Following in J&S Kitchen’s footsteps, Markham Webber is installing ‘live’ kitchens in the showroom, which will be completely refurbished with new room sets that will enable customers to ‘try before they’ buy. The Neff brand will remain and will be joined by other premium brands, and Markham Webber will continue to feature top quality brands such as Silestone, Corian and Dekton as well as introducing outstanding new products.

“At Markham Webber Design we have a long history in specialist kitchens and we are looking forward to continuing J&S Kitchen’s legacy, providing innovative design, great products, first class installation and fantastic customer service.”
