CLEAN LINES

A new collection of furniture is inspired by modernist architecture with clean lines and simple styling

Constructed from smoked oak and quality veneer, with a smart brushed stainless steel frame, this striking new collection has been designed with modern day living in mind.

The Barbican collection from MY Furniture includes a range of cleverly designed bedroom pieces, with sleek integral handles and soft close catches.

A bedside table features a cable port to the rear of the unit for charging devices whilst keeping them out of sight in the drawers. Similarly, the dressing table also features a cable port to the rear of the drawers and cupboard – ideal for routing cables for appliances such as hair dryers, straighteners and tongs. With these benefits and its neat design, the dressing table can also be used as a desk in a home office or workspace.

For living areas, the Barbican collection includes a range of designs suitable for the lounge or dining room. The striking sideboard has five useful drawers and two cupboard sections with cable ports to the rear making it suitable for storing electrical items. The media unit also offers a place for everything, with two drawers perfect for storing DVDs and remotes, as well as an open section with a removable back for housing media equipment.

Simplistic coffee and side tables are also available to complement a stunning range of sofas and armchairs. The Barbican side table features a shelf, providing extra surface area for decorative items, books or magazines. With room for up to six diners, the Barbican dining table completes the collection and can be paired with many of MY Furniture’s dining chairs including the Mentosa dining and carver chairs.
