Happy New Year to everyone and all the best for 2025. My family and I have just returned from a snowy Christmas in Sun Valley, Idaho, where we have been visiting Amber’s family as we do each year. The ski resort is on the edge of the Sawtooth Mountains and is truly one of the most beautiful but wild places in the USA.
As we move into the New Year, I always use it as a time to look ahead positively to the future and evaluate everything we are doing.
This year will be a particularly exciting one for the estate and our family as 2025 will see us move forward with our ambitious £30 million plans to create an exclusive private members’ club, country house hotel and wellness resort.
It’s always been a dream of ours to create something like this. Gisburne Park is a unique place with endless potential and unbelievable beauty. The estate is perfectly laid out to house a world class venue like this with the Grade I listed Georgian mansion house at the heart of the project.
We’re particularly delighted to be able to welcome interior design icon and family friend Rita Konig to Gisburne Park in the next few weeks. Rita was recently voted Number One Interior Designer by House and Garden magazine. We’re sure her knowledge and experience will prove extremely valuable.
We’re looking forward to welcoming more happy couples to celebrate their wedding day with us and experience the truly magical environment of Gisburne Park during 2025.
Our riverbank wedding venue is in a hidden valley surrounded by ancient woodland, rushing water, dramatic cliffs, medieval houses, picturesque bridges and an abundance of wildlife.
We allow couples the exclusive hire of 10-acres of Ribble Valley countryside. With a private entrance through gatehouses, guests will be impressed from the very start.
