Events With Elegance

Barton Manor Hotel and Spa have recently refurbished the Barton Suite and Clubhouse inviting guests to enjoy the beautiful, upgraded spaces in a variety of ways

On entering the Barton Suite, you are guaranteed to say “wow”.

The huge, classic room has been tastefully remodelled in subtle neutral tones which provide an excellent backdrop for any event theme colours and styles. Of course, it is a classic charm that fits perfectly with the Victorian red-brick exterior of the manor, perched gracefully within the beautifully landscaped gardens.

With a new luxury carpet, glamorous crystal chandeliers and stylish panelling, the Barton Suite can be used for a number of different events and functions and can be reconfigured different ways depending on client requirements. Seating a maximum of 200 for a banquet, 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 270 for evening celebrations, this versatile space also offers a number of added extras. Choose an enchanting lit sparkle backdrop, white dance floor, chair covers, tasteful charivari chairs. With access to a full AV system, microphones, stage and full-size laser projector screens, the possibilities are endless. And with the variety of recommended external suppliers, your event can be completely bespoke to your individual requirements.

There are a number of packages available for your celebration that can include red carpet arrival, arrival drinks, table linen/napkins and room hire. The Barton Suite is perfect for large-scale gatherings such as weddings, black-tie events, school prom celebrations, celebrations of life and christenings which can be tailored to your exact requirements. Each of the 57 well-appointed bedrooms within the hotel blend tasteful décor with modern amenities and are perfectly convenient to enjoy following a late event evening. All hotel guests can make full use of the amazing on-site facilities.

The Clubhouse was originally known as The Lodge. This eight-bedroom, multi-purpose space sits separately from the main hotel but has all the modern charm you would expect from Barton Manor. The Clubhouse has been refurbished and extended to the highest of standards by Dovetail Joinery, Preston. With four tasteful bedrooms upstairs and four downstairs, this is a perfect place for smaller gatherings, whether that be for a bridal party, special get-together or celebration and can be booked exclusively for your guest party. The ground floor clubroom offers the most versatile of spaces, with access to a private courtyard. The room can house a number of tables and chairs to become, for example, a meeting room or dining space or wedding prep room. In the warmer months the clubhouse would be a perfect indoor/outdoor gathering area for a special, private celebration. Although the building is separate from the main hotel, room service and access to the hotel’s facilities are still available. And what a host of luxurious facilities there are!

The spa and leisure facilities include a fully equipped gym and heated pool, an in-house spa with sauna and steam room and four luxurious treatment rooms – the fourth, very newly renovated. The Walled Garden restaurant offers a host of locally sourced, fresh produce from talented head chef Tom Gardner and his team.

You don’t have to be a hotel guest to visit Barton Manor Spa and Hotel. Vistors are encouraged to drop in for a coffee or meet up with friends or work colleagues in the lobby. With free wi-fi, free car parking and great Starbucks coffee, why not have your next meeting there?

So, if you are planning an elegant celebration, you will find the perfect location at Barton Manor Hotel and Spa.
