They have a strong emphasis on sourcing local and regional specialities from small producers and importing top quality continental products. Hill’s produce Longridge Real Dairy Ice Cream using single herd milk and cream from within two miles of their premises. Provenance, traceability and quality are all hallmarks of their ice cream.
