Come and experience hands-on animal encounters at Thornton Hall Farm Country Park – a traditional working farm. Hitch a ride in our 4 x 4 Adventure Experience and relax in our country tearoom while the little ones burn off the remainder of their energy in our huge fun filled Wizzick Play Barn, offering a fun filled, informative family day out, rain or shine!
Other facilities at Thornton Hall Farm include QUADTREX (www.quadtrex.co.uk) – a specially adapted quad bike trail through the compromising hills of our natural quarry, open woodland, muddy becks and obstacles – an action packed adventure to remember!
Tractor Ted LIVE Event (30th July)
The UK’s favourite little green tractor, Tractor Ted has announced that Thornton Hall Farm has been chosen to be one of their new Little Farm sites for 2016! Come to Thornton Hall Farm for this special event – see the official Tractor Ted tractor and bouncy inflatable, tractor racing as well as lots of tractor themed farm fun!
Tractor World Event (28th & 29th August)
Tractors, tractors and more tractors at Thornton Hall Farm, don’t miss it! And don’t forget as a ‘Tractor Ted Little Farm’ (the UK’s favourite little green tractor from Nick Jnr) there will be lots of tractor themed fun to be had throughout the day.
Holiday Club
Need something to keep your children entertained during the school summer holidays? Then why not try the Holiday Club at Thornton Hall Farm, which is managed by our fully qualified child practitioner, who is first aid trained, CRB checked and has over 10 years’ experience of running clubs. Fill their days with animal and farm related activities as well as themed crafts, kids have lots of fun with supervised play!
