As a leading, doctor led medical aesthetics clinic, RejuvaMed has built a reputation for quality care and exceptional results. Heading up the team is medical director Dr Grant McKeating, a consultant anaesthetist with over 25 years’ experience and medical cosmetics specialist.
The established Chorley clinic offers a wide range of aesthetic treatments, from anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and liquid facelifts to body sculpting and facial therapies using the latest technology. Adding to this extensive portfolio are two new treatments, The Flawless Pen and Dermaplaning.
Clinic manager Zoe Potts tells me: “The Flawless Pen delivers microneedling to the skin. Its design enables us to reach all the contours of the face. Small needles cause tiny punctures in the skin which encourage the body to renew skin cells and produce new collagen and elastin. The treatment is carried out using local anaesthetic, so is painless, has little downtime and tackles fine lines, wrinkles, scarring and sun damage. Clients typically require a minimum of three treatments but will start seeing results immediately.”
“Dermaplaning uses a fine scalpel blade to exfoliate the skin and remove vellus hair. This leaves the skin with a flawless canvas for makeup and skincare treatments, and prepares the skin for further procedures such as LED therapy and chemical peels.”
Since opening in 2015, RejuvaMed has rapidly gained a reputation for excellence within Lancashire and beyond, with patients often travelling some distance for treatment. A second clinic in Clitheroe has recently opened its doors, which also offers pioneering varicose vein treatments.
