Everyone needs a helping hand and thanks to Suzanne Waring, you can have just that! Suzanne is the proud owner of established cleaning firm, The Helping Hands Group which she set up in 1999 after having had twin boys.
A former financial officer with Lancashire Constabulary, Suzanne was coming to the end of her career break and really struggled to find a cleaner that was as thorough as she was. Her meticulous attention to detail and need for a consistently good cleaner led to her setting up Helping Hands and she hasn’t looked back since!
The Helping Hands Group now employs 30 full time staff and deploy their teams for both domestic and commercial cleans across the North West. In fact, they don’t stop there! The Helping Hands Group offers a range of services from ground maintenance and home maintenance to offering respite care, facilities management and other specialist services such as oven cleaning, conservatory cleaning and more. You name it and they do it!
However the main services for Suzanne and her team are the domestic and commercial cleans they offer. With each clean benefiting from at least a team of three, including a supervisor, they are relentless in their pursuit for perfection and this is something they are fiercely proud of and what has kept 100 per cent customer loyalty.
Domestic cleans also extends to the cleaning of holiday homes and lodges and The Helping Hands Group can even manage the holiday homes on the landlord’s behalf – ensuring turnaround times are met so new guests are welcomed on time and to a freshly clean holiday home. If they pre-order a welcome pack, that will also be ready and waiting for them thanks to Helping Hands!
The firm also recently invested in a state-of-the-art misting machine so during the pandemic, they can use their new Falcon Pneumatic machine which is compatible with Covid-19 anti-viral disinfectants as outlined by the government so Suzanne and her team can offer a complete disinfection and sterilising system using misting technology, enabling a complete deep clean for factories, offices, schools, churches, commercial buildings and even public transport.
Suzanne and her team support businesses in all sectors from offices, medical centres and hair salons to car showrooms and retail outlets so they can operate in a clean, safe environment whilst ensuring they are fully compliant with all the safety measures required and more.
