Respected estate and letting agents Stones Young have won a British Property Award for Blackburn for the third consecutive year, testament to the firm’s exceptional customer service.
The British Property Awards were created by a dedicated team of previous estate agency owners. In order to gain a true and accurate reflection of the company, judging is done ‘secret shopper’ style.
Estate agents are independently assessed against a set of 25 criteria, most of which are often overlooked by clients before they decide to get in a contract with an agent.
Should all agents within a given town fail to meet the standard, no award is given out. The assessors from the British Property Awards judge all agents, who meet a minimum set of criteria, over a number of months to ensure continuity and stability.
