Live Your Best Life

Learn how to live your best life at a unique retreat that will help you to understand and build resilience, stay focused and combat stress and anxiety

The Resilience Retreat is an immersive, transformational experience for women who want to go from stressed to refreshed. You will leave the retreat with clarity, focus and a renewed motivation for life.

Founded by good friends Caroline Dakin and Ainsley Harris, both expert practitioners in their individual specialisms, the Resilience Retreat is a blend of psychology, yoga, reflection and practical tools and techniques to help you live your best life.

Caroline, who is an accredited member of the British Psychological Society, has over 15 years’ experience of delivering training in large corporate organisations, both nationally and internationally. She has worked with some of the UK’s largest companies and brands to deliver development programmes at all levels drawing on her own experiences, neuroscience and positive psychology to deliver unique workshops, which inspire long-lasting behaviour changes.

Ainsley is also passionate about helping people to improve their mental health and well-being through the practice of yoga and breathwork. She established her own yoga business so that she could focus her energies on her core values and achieve a better work life balance as a busy mum of three young boys. Her teaching methods help to combat stress and anxiety. Her classes are centred around mindful movement, building strength and flexibility. The core breathing exercises enable you to calm the nervous system and embrace a more mindful state. You will feel inspired and relaxed after her teaching but, most importantly, you’ll leave with a range of methods to help you stay focused and maintain a calm state in everyday life and stressful situations.

Who is the retreat for?

Women who feel they are heading for burn out and need to stop and take back control of their life.

Women who feel like they need a clear plan to re-assess their life and set some powerful actions and goals.

Women who need the time and space to step out of their busy lives and set time aside for them.

There are two retreats planned, the first on 21st and 22nd July and the second on 27th and 28th October. For more information go to the Resilience Retreat tab at: carolinedakinassociates.com or call Caroline on: 07736 285424
