A new re-styled interiors department is really making waves at Oswaldtwistle Mills which has embraced the vintage-style industrial trend as well as featuring country classics
For traditional country homes or smart city-style interiors, Oswaldtwistle Mills has really raised the bar when it comes to great, stylish interiors.
So much so that one delighted customer completely replicated one of their elegant room-sets after buying a stunning dining set featuring a solid grey marble table and upholstered chairs.
From the lighting down to the decorative rug, the customer was so impressed with the interior design that she reproduced it in her own dining room.
The room-set is just one of many stunning interior designs at Oswaldtwistle Mills that has a new lighting section featuring wall lights, pendants, garden lighting and on-trend floor lamps.
The vintage industrial style that has become so popular of late has been embraced in Oswaldtwistle Mills, where visitors can discover a whole host of unique ‘one-off’ accessories including quilted leather seating, cow-hide chairs and vintage leather bar stools.
The stunning Magna retro chair features industrial style metal combined with distressed chocolate brown leather – perfect in a space designed for work, rest or play.
Sofas, chairs and bean bags featuring renowned Harris Tweed teamed with vintage tan leather are a stunning addition to the interiors collections at Oswaldtwistle Mills.
For example, the Kenton wing back chair features Moreland fabric from Harris Tweed piped and inset with Cerato leather – a beautiful addition to any country home.
The collection also sees the Cobham roll back dining chair representing simplicity and sophistication from its foundation of solid oak legs and well-structured frame and classic Harris Tweed upholstery. A chunky solid oak dining table and long vintage leather bench completes the room set.
Chesterfield button-backed tweed sofas such as the Chiswick Club two-seater represent understated country chic while one of Oswaldtwistle Mills’ most popular suites, the Westminster, takes pride of place in the interiors department.

Living and dining collections such as the Sulby and Denwick reflect the current trend for painted furniture in heritage colours. Bookcases, dining sets and sideboards in the Denwick collection are lacquered in a subtle ‘soft cotton’ grey which is combined with hand waxed oak tops while the furniture in the Sulby collection is lacquered in ‘buttermilk’. Sideboards feature hand-crafted water hyacinth storage baskets for a blend of contemporary and country style.
