NOT TO BE MISSED!

It’s that time of year again when the region’s fashionistas descend on Clitheroe to celebrate all that is great about the town’s fashion boutiques. Photography: Molly Chadwick

Clitheroe Fashion Week was founded seven years ago as a seven day celebration of all the great independent fashion stores the town has to offer.

Over the years new independent shops have emerged but many of the stores are celebrating more than a decade in business, which just goes to show what great clothes and service they have to offer.

As the weather starts to turn a bit brighter and the nights get longer, we all look to updating our wardrobe ready for the spring and summer season.

Clitheroe Fashion Week is the perfect event to help you decide which outfits you’ll be sporting over the coming seasons with several independent shops collaborating on the catwalk for one spectacular evening. The fashion show kick starts Fashion Week and during the following three days you can visit Clitheroe stores for one off spectacular discounts and offers!

For fashion lovers and those striving to find something a little bit different, this is an event not to be missed!

Up to eight shops will take part in the fashion show with a further seven stores and boutiques taking part in the offers week. That’s 15 shops showcasing independent fashion from around the world.

This year’s fashion show will be raising money for the Foundation for Ribble Valley Families which helps disadvantaged families and those suffering with mental health issues in the Ribble Valley.

So, if you love fashion make sure you take part in this unique celebration as well as raising funds for a very worthy cause.
