He is exclusively represented by his own fine art gallery and studios: Bowland Atelier.
Before settling in the Ribble Valley, John enjoyed a successful career as a figurative artist, exhibiting his paintings in Amsterdam, Singapore, New York and across the UK. Previous clients include Robert Parker of Browsholme Hall, where John’s portraits hang alongside the Parker collection of historic family portraits by painters such as George Romney and James Northcote.
