Signs of a Good Move

Bespoke marketing and advanced customer care are second nature to Stonehouse Homes, writes Stephanie Sparrow

Stonehouse Homes in Longton aims to be more than an estate and letting agent, as director Karen Rushe explains. “We want to form a partnership with each of our customers to help make their dreams become reality,” says Karen. This philosophy stems from the individual advice and marketing which Karen, husband Mark, and team offer at the Liverpool Road branch, opened last September and from the expertise honed at its Walton-le-Dale office since 2012.

“For example, if you are selling a property, we design a bespoke marketing package to show its best and unique features. We can also discuss aerial photography with you and offer the top package on Right Move.”

Buyers can access mortgage services and like Stonehouse Homes’ vendors, benefit from Karen’s commitment to respecting clients’ aspirations and homes as if they were her own.

The partnership approach helps to stress-bust any house moves. “We give our clients weekly updates throughout the moving process and aim to diffuse the stress on the day,” she says. “Above all, we know that there is no place like home,” says Karen. Proud to live and work in the heart of Longton, she partners the community by sponsoring events at local schools and charities. “And the kettle is always on for anyone who wants to pop in for advice,” she adds.
