Leading the team at Moss Hall is John Cothliff, who works closely with designer Richard Day. Richard, who has won numerous KBSA awards, and John work alongside a team of fitters who have 65 years’ experience between them – the knowledge and skill behind this family business has forged an outstanding record for customer satisfaction.
“A huge number of our clients come to us on referral. They may have friends who have just had one of our kitchens installed or they may just have heard of us through word of mouth. Our aim is to do an outstanding job on each project,” explains John.

Pronorm also produce kitchens in a more traditional style that has been reinvented with artisan details such as mouldings and handles. Like the contemporary units, these are top quality and feature a range of ingenious storage details such as concealed, pull-out trays to create extra worktop space.
As well as working in partnership with Pronorm, Moss Hall Kitchens produce their own locally-manufactured units, so if you have a kitchen that requires bespoke units, John and the team can create a design totally unique to you.

“From the outset we like to meet potential customers in the showroom to discuss what they are looking for – we can discuss the various options. We will then visit your property to take detailed measurements allowing us to accurately plan your new kitchen. We then produce detailed drawings so the customer can see on screen exactly what their kitchen will look like when it’s finished.”
