For great food and lively conversation, Live Ribble Valley Singles Supper Club has plans for more get togethers including a Fine Dining Dinner Club!

Live Ribble Valley Supper Club is going from strength to strength with numbers growing. There are now more than 70 people in the supper club’s WhatsApp group and more often than not, demand is outstripping places at the monthly events. With numbers limited to around 24, diners are finding they need to book early in order to attend.

As Singles Supper Club is proving so popular and with numbers steadily increasing, there has been increasing demand to set up an additional Fine Dining Singles Dinner Club – a move that would accommodate the ever-growing demand by effectively splitting numbers between the two clubs.

It is proposed that venues for the Fine Dining Singles Dinner Club are to include the Chef’s Table at Northcote, Langho, The Three Fishes at Mitton, the White Swan at Fence and the Angel at Hetton.

Live Magazines’ Tedd Walmsley explains: “We are finding the supper club events are full before we even start publicising them. The original aim was to seat people around one big table but at a recent successful meeting at Holmes Mill we took three large round tables, which was a great success.

“We propose that initially the Fine Dining Dinner Club will be held bi-monthly at local venues in the Ribble Valley and then taking it regionally, going further afield. There are a good few foodies in the current Live Ribble Valley Singles Supper Club, who have requested that we select some really high-end venues – and this would effectively free up spaces at the monthly supper club.

“It also reinforces the group’s aim to organise other events themselves – they have already organised group walks and lots of friendships have been forged. The feedback we have received from past events has been fabulous. For some, Live Ribble Valley Supper Club has presented an opportunity for singles to enjoy an evening out, meeting like-minded people.”
