Featuring fantastic views and a stunning roof terrace, the new contemporary restaurant that is Artisan Ribble Valley, is attracting diners from far and wide.

The exterior and interior design of this ultimately modern dining space has been well thought out and as a result, it has been shortlisted as a finalist in both the Great Northern Design Awards and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor Awards.

The innovative new menu at Artisan Ribble Valley takes modern British food to a whole new level. Chef Adam Edwards heads up the kitchen at this cosmopolitan glass-fronted restaurant that has a growing following.

On the new menu expect to find some truly innovative, regionally-inspired dishes from Adam and his team – from light bites to enjoy with drinks to traditional classics along with more exotic creations.

Guests have the option to dine in various areas of the restaurant, each with their own focal point and varying styles– choose to sit at one of the comfortable banquettes and watch the chefs serve at the pass, or opt for a high bar-style table and watch the fire flicker in the modern Scandinavian designed log burner.

There is something that will appeal to everyone at Artisan from the cool cocktail bar on the upper summer roof terrace to the sophisticated Ribble Terrace Suite – a private dining area on a mezzanine that comfortably seats 40 and the ground floor heated patio perfect for al fresco dining.

Artisan is comfortable yet vibrant, giving diners the opportunity to enjoy first class food and entertainment – every Saturday there is live music in the bar area so guests can enjoy a drink and entertainment before they dine.

Always offering something that little bit different, Artisan Ribble Valley pays homage to national food and drink trends too. It has already marked national Pie Week serving its own speciality pies.

At the bar, guests can expect to find craft beers, fine wines and a selection of cocktails. Artisan has also been shortlisted in local awards for its innovative drinks menu that includes Mist Over Pendle and Red Rose cocktails, in recognition of the surrounding Lancashire countryside and stunning rural backdrop.

With unrivalled friendly and efficient service, Artisan Ribble Valley is emerging as one of the top places to dine out in the region – and when summer comes, the roof terrace balcony, heated front patio, comfortable seating and on-trend restaurant and cocktail bar will undoubtedly be the place to be!
