Burning Desire is able to offer live (lit) demonstrations of more real woodburning stoves than anywhere else in the North West.

Burning Desire is an approved stockist of DRU gas fires, with a purpose-built showroom to properly exhibit these top-of-the-range fires and surrounds.
Dik Geurts stoves are traditionally renowned for their robust build quality and now the range has been expanded to include stylish, state-of-the-art contemporary wood fires and stoves to suit all tastes and interiors.
Alongside this technology has advanced to provide extremely clean burning and efficient output, saving both the environment and costs!

The technology involved is advancing rapidly – including remote controls, invisible glass, flame colours and shaping and bio-fuel. You name it, it’s all here! But while we are displaying the latest fires and fireplaces, we are also committed to a more traditional approach to customer care and service. We dislike being ‘sold to’ ourselves so we promise never to be overly pushy – we find that it is better to listen to our customers. Yes, we are here for advice if our customers require information, but to be honest, our showrooms, with all the fires on live display, sell themselves.”
