Passionate about Pilates, Joanne Cornish is this month celebrating the sixth anniversary of her state-of-the-art studio in Longridge. To celebrate her anniversary, Joanne is holding a free taster day on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May, where you can come along and try the equipment for yourselves.

“I can’t believe how time has flown. I am incredibly grateful for our success and hope to be able to continue providing high quality Pilates classes for years to come,” Joanne said.

The studio has eight innovative reformers which are used for an equipment-based full body and core conditioning workout. The exercises are designed to progressively work muscle groups, lengthening and strengthening muscles and creating a strong, toned body to consequently improve performance. Joanne Cornish Pilates is one of a limited number of studios in the North West who offers reformer classes.

“The beauty of the reformer is that people of all abilities can use them,” Joanne tells me. “From complete beginners to professional athletes.”

Joanne Cornish Pilates also offers matwork and studio classes, which are ideal if you want to see results in a short time or if you require specialist attention for either rehabilitation or to improve a specific sporting performance. A fully qualified member of the team will conduct an initial consultation before providing you with a personalised exercise programme tailored to your specific needs.

To book your free taster session or to find out more information about the range of classes available, you can call the studio on 07908 336769 or 01772 784850
