As a fledgling business, Twitter Lane Interiors was established in 2004 operating from a small workshop at Backridge Farm but soon outgrew its home.
In 2010, founder Alex Chapman relocated to a less rural location, Clitheroe town centre and in 2017 Alex invested in a full refurbishment of her current three-storey premises on Moor Lane in Clitheroe where they have continued to go from strength to strength, attracting new clients, not just locally but from as far afield as Cheshire, North Yorkshire and the Lakes.
Alex and her small team, lovingly hand-sew bespoke, made -to-measure curtains and blinds using the most sumptuous fabrics, and offer a full re-upholstery service for chairs, headboards and sofas. The shop has a perfectly curated collection of fabrics, wallpapers and paints from a variety of designers including James Hare, Colefax & Fowler and Little Greene paint to name a few, the perfect platform for showcasing Alex’s interior design flair and expertise.
In and amongst the myriad of textiles, there’s also a lovely selection of home accessories to add that finishing touch and giftware selected by Alex, the perfect solution for those tricky birthdays or a house warming gift.
