The stunning new jewellery and gift boutique that is Callista in Longridge has a unique collection featuring world renowned brands.

Owner Louise Bradley has a discerning eye for beautiful things and has carefully curated pieces of jewellery from the likes of award-winning Coeur de Lion hand made in Germany, Carrie Elspeth who crafts beautifully handmade jewellery in South Wales and Diamonfire a name synonymous with quality.

Treasured pieces in sterling silver and gold from Daisy London featuring gemstones and intricate designs, are also in the Callista collections along with Dollie, Element, Tales from the Earth, Hot Diamonds, Nomination and Shrieking Violet that hand craft pendants encasing real flowers and leaves making each one unique.

Louise has also secured the globally recognised Disney jewellery brand with Disney Couture for adults and Disney children’s jewellery and watches.

New to the boutique is Henry London, designer of super-stylish watches that can be worn by men and women, men’s cufflinks and gifts by Fred Bennett and Onyx Art and a collection of delightful ladies’ watches intricately designed by Sara Miller London.

The D for Diamonds collection at Callista features beautifully delicate sterling silver necklaces, bangles, bracelets, lockets, hearts, crosses and birthstone jewellery that make perfect children’s gifts for almost any occasion.

The contemporary eco-friendly 4Ocean brand sourced from Florida is one of the latest on-trend must-have bracelets for men, women, teens and children. These are created from recycled glass and plastic from the ocean, as Louise explains: “4Ocean release a new design each month for ecological reasons. The fishermen who can no longer catch fish in the sea are now paid to harvest the plastic and glass so everyone benefits. The bracelets are hugely popular, each one is different so they are great for layering.”

Traditional Steiff bears also feature at Callista – one of the few stockists of this renowned German brand in the region. Steiff has a history dating back more than a century, making bears that are highly collectable.

Vegan friendly leather pouches and purses from Estella Bartlett imprinted with memorable messages along with scented candles also adorn the shelves at Callista.

A former teacher and parent support advisor, Louise has always wanted to own her own business: “It has always been our aim,” she says, explaining the back story to the boutique’s unusual name.
“Callista, which means ‘most beautiful’ in Greek, was also a Greek goddess who was transformed into the Great Bear constellation of stars.”

Consequently the boutique’s new logo features stars, reflecting the sparkling diamonds and semi-precious stones in the boutique’s ‘most beautiful’ collections.

So, if you are looking for a perfect gift for someone special call into Callista, where you are sure to find something unique that will be treasured forever.
