The one-to-one, appointment-only system ensures a Covid safe, high quality, professional, complimentary, measuring and fitting service that is like no other. At ShoeMed we pride ourselves that every fitting is as unique as our customer. Like fingerprints, feet are individual – different from one person to the next, and so, at ShoeMed, each fitting experience is tailored to be as individual and unique as our customers.

Stocking brands such as Finn Comfort, Joya, Fidelio, Waldläufer, Legero and DB Wider Fit we have the ultimate collection of comfort footwear that fits. Specially selected for the properties these shoes have to offer, ShoeMed helps customers with many foot issues such as plantar fasciitis and Morton’s neuroma, in addition to back, hip and knee pain and arthritis. By listening to our customers, we help them choose the footwear that meets their needs best.
At ShoeMed, we understand that our customers want to know that they will feel safe and secure whilst visiting our store. In addition to our appointments-only system, to further ensure our customers’ safety, we operate a locked door policy. This restricts and controls the number of customers in store at any one time. It also allows us to maintain the correct level of social distancing required and keep track of and monitor all surfaces that are touched so that the right level of cleaning takes place between each customer.
All our staff sanitise on entry, are masked and their temperature is checked. Each customer that enters the store is also required to wear a mask, sanitise and have their temperature taken. Prior to each visit each customer is asked if they have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms.
