After qualifying ahead of time, Emma was recruited at 18 for Steiner’s onboard spa company. After intense aesthetic and industry training at their London academy, she flew to America to begin her career. After just one year as an aesthetic skin specialist, Emma became the youngest spa manager at sea following impeccable client satisfaction, treatment results, delivering highly successful team training and providing 6* customer service.
“Throughout my career, I’ve had the best industry training in the world, in London, Miami, Los Angeles and New York with the most advanced technologies and with some of the most elite surgeons, doctors, and practitioners in the US,” Emma explains.
“I became the top senior spa manager in the company, and helped roll out Medi Spa on cruise ships, working alongside doctors delivering aesthetic treatments. I was also awarded the privilege of completing full spa setups on the newest spas at sea. After more than 10 years, I left the US and working on board, with high honours from both Steiner and Norwegian Cruise Lines.”
Back in England, Emma completed further skin aesthetics training with Natura Studios/Ivan Med in Linia Skin Clinic, Harley Street, London. “I completed a Masters and studied the most advanced skin technologies available,” says Emma.
“In 2016, I opened EMA Skin Aesthetics Ltd, a non-invasive skin clinic offering the most advanced technologies and experience in the region. Five years on, I have achieved unbeatable client satisfaction and built a large loyal clientele base.”
