With a ‘natural but noticeable’ ethos, aesthetics practitioner Dr Natalie Walsh is set to appear in a new BBC documentary, to be aired in the New Year

A BBC film crew has been recently filming in the Ribble Valley to show viewers exactly how a medical aesthetics clinic should be run. At the centre of the filming was cosmetic doctor Dr Natalie Walsh MbCHb, who has brought premium beauty aesthetics to her clinic in Whalley, where filming took place.

The purpose of the documentary, which is to be aired in the New Year, was to emphasise the importance of having a qualified medical professional administer treatments – Dr Natalie is a GMC regulated doctor and an associate member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM).

In an interview with the presenter Lauren Layfield, Dr Natalie explained how correcting aesthetic work of non-medical professionals is becoming an ever-increasing problem. Dr Natalie was filmed administering a number of treatments and discussing the need for government regulation of these treatments.

The team were also filmed administering a whole host of skin boosting treatments including Morpheus8, which uses radiofrequency to boost natural collagen levels – a non-invasive treatment favoured by celebrities.

Dr Natalie Clinics was selected to appear on the programme through Save Face, a national register of accredited practitioners, who provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

After relocating to Whalley in April the clinic held a belated launch party with all proceeds going to East Lancashire Hospice.

Well attended, the party was held at Whalley Wine Bar: “We wanted to say a big thank-you to all our patients who have supported us through a tough period, their loyalty and recommendations have been overwhelming,” says Dr Natalie, who offers a range of treatments with proven, outstanding results.

She also offers her services at associate clinics across the UK including Harley Street in London.

At her Whalley clinic in King Street, Dr Natalie has a diverse clientele treating every day, common skin concerns including ageing, profile balancing, sun damage, acne, rosacea, tired eyes, fine lines and wrinkles.
