FROM THE ORIENT

TO THE HOME COUNTIES…

ILIV’s new collections for spring and summer are absolutely stunning

Lancashire-based fabric house ILIV, is launching three new collections to inspire homeowners.

Maldives
Inspired by the idyllic beauty and intense pigments and shades found on tropical islands, the Maldives collection includes contemporary flora and fauna in varying scales. Dramatic interiors can be created with hand-drawn studies of tropical palms, botanical wonder and island-hopping birds. Designs also offer simple leaf coordinates for a soft painterly feel.

Colour palettes are fashion-led and fun. Hot pomegranate pinks, kiwi greens and citrus like mandarin, through to calmer reef blues, soft hessian and modern dove greys. The statement fabrics in the Maldives collection include cut velvets, jacquards and embroideries meaning they are suitable for upholstery, curtains, cushions and bedcovers.

Orientalis
With Japan being in the spotlight for the 2020 Olympic event, ILIV has been inspired to create a homage to the orient with its Orientalis collection. The story draws its influences from decorative chinoiseries of fanciful scenes and imagery showcasing the iconic oriental garden with trailing florals and colourful pheasants. The collection also takes inspiration from the classic kimono layering with structured geometrics.

Orientalis will give any home an instant injection of glamour. The fabrics are enriched with brushstroke artistry, motifs and prints on 3D jacquards and cotton sateen. Colours offer soft tones in blush, delft and duck egg colour ways but there’s high contrasting colour stories in jet and jade too.

Pembury
Steeped in traditional designs and celebrating English heritage, Pembury comprises of traditional Jacobean trailing florals with a soft paisley element, classic window pane checks, vertical stripes and small scale motif prints. The collection is woven into the deep-rooted cultural heritage of the home counties channelling the quaint villages of Pembury, Windsor and Evesham.

Pembury is available in an extensive range of stunning colourways to reflect the English country garden fauna throughout the four seasons. They range from thyme and honeycomb to pewter and cranberry. The collection is versatile offering a stylish approach for both contemporary and traditional interiors.
