A well-known face around the Ribble Valley, Alli Croft is renowned for her stunning interior and garden designs.

Her style is predominantly classic and traditional, but always the results are resoundingly beautiful.

Alli, who studied Design, Interior Design and Architecture at Manchester Metropolitan University, went on to graduate with First Class Honours Distinction.

Born in Yorkshire, but having spent most of her life in Lancashire, she began her career working on various projects creating and delivering design solutions for a wide range of multi-thousand and multi-million pound builds, across many different sectors specialising in shopping centre design.

Working throughout the UK, her experience in the world of design began to build as did her reputation as a designer with true vision: “Commercial design is something I have always enjoyed,” says Alli, who lives in the Ribble Valley with her husband and family.

She went on to work as lead designer for British Airways, developing airport lounges and in London worked for the Roux brothers designing the Roux Café along with an office design for the old Bank of England in Manchester.

She has also worked on shopping centres in central London and Canary Wharf. Returning to her Lancashire roots, Alli has more recently worked for the Sanctuary at Old Langho and on the stunning re-design of the Coach and Horses at Bolton-by-Bowland.

Currently working for Holden Clough in the hamlet of Holden, Alli, along with nursery owners John and Kate Foley, has helped transform their vision into reality: “I haven’t one given style when it comes to designing,” says Alli, who is also known for her beautiful landscape designs.

“I love the traditional and I think in current times everyone is reverting back to traditional ways. Some grounding is needed so it’s all about comfort.”
