Longridge-based financial services company, Two10 Investment Services, has been included in VouchedFor’s 2024 list of Top Rated Financial Advisers. In its new listings, the criteria for being awarded the Top Rated Firm qualification was made even more stringent. Indeed, only 112 financial services companies in the UK made the grade and no other in the Ribble Valley.

All the companies which qualified as Top Rated demonstrated several key attributes:
1. A commitment to transparency by regularly inviting clients to leave reviews on VouchedFor. These reviews are then audited by VouchedFor itself, including a review of the firm’s entire client base to ensure that reviews had not been cherry-picked from favoured clients.
2. Firms proved their clients were engaged in the process by securing a high response to the review invitations.
3. Firms demonstrated a high level of client satisfaction with Two10 Investment Services scoring 4.7 out of a possible 5.
