At Peter Hitchen Architects we utilise our expertise and skills to meet our clients’ objectives while offering insightful solutions, which may not have been considered or even thought possible. We offer a ‘no charge’ initial service to inspire and create confidence in moving forward. We place a big emphasis on communication to produce great design based on practical solutions, which adhere to the main principles of your brief.
Our office has a fantastic youthful family ethos and there’s no appointment necessary as our door is always open to discuss your project. Our office has ample car parking on The Sidings in Whalley and we will be delighted to offer you a seat and demonstrate our design software and our wide-ranging portfolio of local projects with the aim that you will leave stimulated and excited.
We pride ourselves on our accessibility, integrity and professionalism no matter how big or small the project. We specialise in home extensions/renovations and refurbishments as well as rural conversions in the locality.
I personally have over 30 years’ experience as a chartered architect working in the Ribble Valley and Lancashire and take great pride in how we work and the ability of our team to produce fantastic solutions to the specific project needs.
We always ensure that additional expertise is utilised through our consultancy base should this be required as it’s vital that all the issues and potential costs are understood at the earliest stages.
We fully recognise that we need to provide the appropriate service and are able to supply the answers to your questions, as we recognise that the planning system is ever-evolving and ambiguous.
