Editorial Corrections Policy
Purpose
Live Magazines Ltd is committed to publishing accurate, fair and reliable editorial. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy before publication, we recognise that mistakes can occasionally occur. This policy explains how corrections are managed.
Reporting a Concern
Readers, contributors, organisations or businesses who believe published content contains a factual error are encouraged to contact the relevant Editor as soon as possible, providing details of the publication, article and the information believed to be incorrect.
Assessment

Editorial opinion or matters of judgement will not normally be corrected unless based upon inaccurate factual information.
Escalation
Where a complaint raises significant editorial, ethical or legal concerns, it will be referred to the Managing Director for review.
Learning
Confirmed errors are reviewed during editorial meetings so that lessons learned can be incorporated into future publications, helping maintain the highest editorial standards across all Live Magazines titles.
