GP Led Care in the Fylde
Excitement is growing for the opening of the new Fylde Private GP Practice. Located in the old RBS building in the heart of St Annes, the premises are nearing completion ready to welcome patients, many of whom have already shown genuine interest in this new local service
The aim of Fylde Private GP is to deliver outstanding GP led care and build lasting two-way relationships with their patients. With fast access to GP appointments and each consultation lasting up to 30 minutes, giving patients the time to build a rapport with the GP, allowing them to develop a more comprehensive understanding of any immediate health issues and their patients longer term health and wellbeing needs.
The practice will initially open 5-6 days a week with the intention of opening 7 days a week in the future.

Our GPs will deliver clear pathways to fast diagnosis and treatment to our patients. A user friendly and secure online patient portal has been developed by the GP practice which will allow patients to sign up and register for the practice, choose the date, time, and GP they want to see. Patients will be able to communicate directly with the GP through the portal, streamlining the whole process and delivering speedier diagnosis and treatment.
Cost effective membership packages are available for individuals, couples and families, as well as pay as you go options. The membership plans provide flexibility and choice of how patients want to be seen: face to face, by phone, online or a home visit, as well as providing access to wider services at discounted rates.
Corporate membership packages are also available for organisations with more than 10 employees, offering annual health checks, office visits and fast diagnostic services. This of course will help reduce downtime in productivity due to illness and sick leave, increase efficiency, improve retention and promote wellness in the office.
Fylde Private GP will also offer a range of medical services such as vaccinations, blood tests, urine tests, health screenings plus some minor surgical procedures. The practice has partnered with a local medical specialist to offer ultrasound, MRI and CT scans, enabling the GP to deliver faster diagnosis and implement any necessary treatment plan for recovery.
The team are planning a number of open evenings to introduce the local community to Fylde Private GP. Visitors will be able to view the spectacular new premises which the team have completely transformed, retaining many of the building’s traditional features whilst introducing a truly contemporary slant with stunning furniture, lighting and furnishings.
