Stonyhurst Sports Centre’s recently launched membership options ensure there is something for everyone – you can tailor your own membership package.
The qualified personal trainers will tailor your training programme to meet your specific needs, whether for boosting your cardio, refining your technique or to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. Stonyhurst Sports Centre offers a range of fitness classes suitable for everyone, from low-impact classes such as yoga to high-impact spinning. The classes run throughout the week and are available to members and non-members on a pay-per-session basis.
Additionally, if you would like to learn how to swim or are a confident swimmer who wants to improve their technique, we offer private swimming lessons for all abilities. The Sports Centre also runs children’s crash-course swimming lessons and adult lifeguard courses in the holidays.
The world-class tennis dome is 10m high and offers two Grand Slam size tennis courts, with high-performing acoustics and glare-free playing conditions. With private tennis lessons and a children’s tennis camp available, everyone is able to try their hand at tennis or develop their existing skills.
