At fitright footwear we recognise that everyone’s feet are different and we offer an adult only, complimentary and bespoke shoe fitting service, by appointment.
We appreciate that fitting, finding and choosing shoes is often stressful and cannot be rushed for people who have problems with their feet or struggle to find well-fitting shoes.
Our professional, one-to-one appointments are tailored to meet the needs of every customer, as feet are as individual as fingerprints. There is no substitute for having your feet measured and fitted. We take time to discover what problems our customers are experiencing with their feet, to enable us to select brands and styles that are suitable and fit for purpose.
What we fail to appreciate is that our feet are constantly evolving. As we get older our feet change. If restricted, they become sore and misshapen, making conditions such as bunions, hammer toes and arthritis worse.
Sadly, most people neglect their feet – often cramming them into the wrong size or shaped shoe. It’s only when our feet become painful and affect our health, well-being and our ability to get out and about comfortably, we start to take any notice.
If feet are painful or uncomfortable, we automatically shift our body weight. This directly impacts our gait, as we try to get comfortable. This in turn affects other areas of the body and can cause problems with our ankles, knees, hips and back.
