Overlooking the beautiful Ribble Valley landscape, located at the rear of the Shireburn Arms Hotel, is a beautiful, large function room, dressed to impress, ideal for any event from christenings to blessings and family parties.
With its immaculate interior and separate bar, the area can accommodate up to 150 guests (100 guests seated). The welcoming room boasts a conservatory, which leads onto the patio and south facing scenic gardens making a spring or summer event incredibly picturesque.
For parties with younger guests the venue offers a large games room which promises to keep the children entertained all day long! Feel free to bring your own games and props or organise this through the hotel. This room can also be used for smaller functions such as conferences or meetings.
Events co-ordinator Robyn Conmee is on hand to help you plan your event. Having been with the company almost five years and having worked at many of the James’ Places venues, Robyn has organised a whole range of events and has the skills to help you plan your unique celebration to the highest of standards.
“We have a great relationship with an extensive list of suppliers including DJs and entertainers, just let us know what you have in mind and we can do the rest,” Robyn explained.
From the entertainment to the food and drink Robyn will help you build your event your own personal way. Choose your food package from the new delicious menu, whether it’s drinks on arrival and canapes or a grand buffet, the Shireburn has the perfect offering for any occasion. “The Afternoon Tea option seems to have been incredibly popular, especially with christenings and blessings,” said Robyn. “I also think the Pub Classics selection will become a favourite.”
