“When a customer walks in, I can see straight away what will suit her, but I want to work with her to make sure she gets exactly what she wants, says Pat. “That way, we find the perfect solution together. It’s a very personal service.”
There is also a fantastic collection of shoes, handbags, hats and fascinators – from names like Prada, Gucci, Chanel and Christian Louboutin – so customers can complete their whole outfit.
Pat is keen to show off some favourites from her current range. “This is a very clever outfit,” she says, holding up a stunning two-in-one, Champagne-coloured dress from Ian Stuart. “The outer layer with the sleeves can be removed in the evening, to reveal a supremely elegant cocktail dress.”
If you have a fabulous outfit hanging in your wardrobe, never to be worn again, you could take it to Pat for resale. “I welcome luxury garments of outstanding quality, from the right labels,” she says, “worn only once and purchased in the last two years.”
