To herald the start of summer, a stunning alfresco menu has been launched at The Three Fishes, where guests can enjoy dining at the exclusive outdoor Chef’s Table
Set amid some of the most beautiful countryside in the Ribble Valley, the Garden Terrace at The Three Fishes is the perfect spot to spend dreamy summer days and evenings, enjoying the most delicious seasonal dishes and refreshing drinks.
With the kitchen garden springing to life in the sunshine, fresh ingredients are hand-picked daily and curated into farm-to-fork fine dining dishes by Chef Patron, Nigel Haworth and his team.
A delicious plant-based menu is always available alongside every choice menu and seasonal menu, offering an option for every dietary preference at The Three Fishes.
When the Ribble Valley sunshine comes out, English tapas small plates on the terrace and Thursday BBQ nights at The Three Fishes (from mid-June) are not to be missed. And if there’s a dip in temperature, wrap up in a Three Fishes fleece blanket to make the most of the longer nights outdoors, while sipping on sundowners.
The Three Fishes Garden Cocktail celebrates the best of the growing garden, expertly blended into a delicious tipple making it the go-to sip of the season. The cocktail features Cuckoo Signature gin, apple, lime and lemon juices and garnished with handpicked herbs, straight from the garden – organic mint, basil, rosemary, lemon balm, anise hyssop and glittered tree spinach.
For special occasions and larger group gatherings, the private dining room at The Three Fishes is the perfect setting to celebrate over the best dishes of the season in an intimate environment indoors, while the chef’s table outdoors offers a group garden setting on the terrace throughout the summer.
