As one of the region’s leading gyms, Fitness Plus has introduced a new super-charged, elite-level Diamond Membership package.
Diamond Membership by Fitness Plus includes a weekly one-hour personal training session and a separate nutrition development session to allow Fitness Plus coaches to gain a full understanding of your goals, habits, lifestyle and experience. The coaches can then begin creating a bespoke training plan and nutrition programme based around your personal needs. On top of this, it gives Diamond members 24/7 access to the gym.
“This membership is for anyone looking to make a life-changing transformation in body and mind over a three-month period with the total support of Fitness Plus,” explains owner and personal trainer Will Smith.
Fitness Plus on Kestor Lane, Longridge, is a long-established and popular gym that features state-of-the-art equipment including free weights, cardio and plate loaded machines – as well as having some of the region’s best personal trainers to help clients achieve their fitness goals. There is a newly stocked reception area featuring leading fitness merchandise, a consultation area and modern showers and changing rooms.
The gym also has online learning resources relating to fitness and nutrition, and it even has its own Fitness Plus Gym app that members can download to check the gym’s capacity.
“Members can see how busy the gym is at any given time, which is great!” adds Will.
Fitness Plus also has a multitude of safety measures in place including temperature checkers, sanitisers, wipes and sprays so members can feel confident when they work-out.
