Award winning Yu Copster Green is now offering diners a totally new look interior as well as a new Dim Sum Sunday lunch.
Since opening in 2004 this renowned restaurant on the A59 has gone from strength to strength and the development of their alternative Sunday lunch sees diners experiencing dim sum tapas style dishes that all the family can enjoy!
Diners can expect to find steamed sea bass, char sui pork and crispy steak satay on the small plates menu while steamed and crispy dim sum includes lobster king prawn truffle dumpling, crispy duck rolls and chicken satay kebabs – all equally delicious!
Guests can order as little or as much as they want – the flexible Dim Sum Sunday menu has been crafted to retain the Cantonese tradition of Yum Cha so dishes are served as and when they are ready.
Dim Sum Sunday comes alongside the restaurant’s recent refurbishment to bring it in line with the successful Yu Alderley Edge.
New LED ceiling lights add ambience while the new interior décor and streamlined seating has created a sophisticated cosmopolitan atmosphere. A new wine room also takes centre stage and has been created alongside an equally impressive wine list.
While the menu has been updated, some of the traditional classics, so popular with Yu Copster Green customers remain. However, some of the popular dishes at Yu Alderly Edge have also been introduced at the Copster Green restaurant – including the renowned Yu champagne miso black cod!
Bookings are now limited to 14 to ensure every party can experience a perfect meal – whether that’s from the Dim Sum menu or the a la carte menu.

The new Sunday lunch Dim Sum menu runs from 3pm through to 5pm when the normal a la carte menu will commence until 8pm
