Yu Copster Green has gone from strength to strength since its opening 14 years ago, and the development of their alternative Sunday lunch is testament to why the restaurant is so popular.
The Ribble Valley has lots to offer in terms of traditional Sunday lunch so Yu Copster Green is really keen to put something new and different on the market. The new Yum Cha menu is made up of lots of well-priced small dishes which gives people flexibility to order as much or as little as they like.
The Sunday offering comes alongside the restaurant’s recent refurbishment to bring it closer in line with the successful Yu Alderley Edge. The menu has been crafted to retain the Cantonese tradition of Yum Cha so dishes are served as and when they are ready.
Yu Copster Green is delighted to be bringing something new to the market and changing the dynamic of a normal Sunday lunch. The dishes all complement each other as well as matching perfectly with the newly designed cocktail and drinks menus.
The updated cocktails come just in time for the upcoming masterclasses that are running throughout summer at Yu Copster Green.
The masterclasses are a great chance for friends to try something new with groups of up to 12 people being able to create and then drink some classic cocktails.
The events run on selected Thursdays in July and August and include creating four cocktails as well as enjoying a selection of dim sum plates and a main course in between the session.
The new Sunday lunch Dim Sum menu runs from 12.30pm through to 5pm when the normal a la carte menu will commence.
