Pringle Homes has been designing and building luxurious properties since 1981, and is now set to create a beautiful collection of homes at Northcote Park, Langho. Gail Bailey visited Rachel Patterson its sales and marketing coordinator to find out more

One of the North West’s most exclusive house-building companies, Pringle Homes is coming to the Ribble Valley to create Northcote Park, a development like no other in the area, and just a stone’s throw away from the famous Michelin starred restaurant and hotel, Northcote. Pringle are a well-respected family business based in Preston, with a reputation for building prestigious detached houses with high specifications and attention to detail.

Founder and Managing Director, Mark Fleuriot, prides himself on Pringle Homes’ reputation: “Our luxury developments are set in carefully chosen, well-connected, semi-rural locations. We ensure our homes blend beautifully within the area in which they are set and aim to complement and improve the surroundings.”

Northcote Park will be set in 13 acres and consists of 42 homes with 29 of these being four or five bedroom detached dwellings. With panoramic views of the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside, most notably Longridge Fell, these homes will be comfortable, spacious and provide the very best in modern living whilst preserving traditional English character. Combined, the homes are first class in terms of luxury, practicality and aesthetically pleasing features.

With access to nearby train stations and Langho just a short distance away, with regular trains to Manchester, or in the opposite direction to Clitheroe, it really is the perfect location. The development is also within the catchment area for Clitheroe Royal Grammar School, which continues to perform at the top of the league tables with its pupils regularly over achieving their target grades.

Even though work isn’t intended to start on Northcote Park until June 2019 there has been an enormous amount of interest, with one property already being reserved: “The properties will be truly special, and we are committed to providing our customers with an exemplary service,” explains Sam Fleuriot, Pringle’s Commercial Director.

“Our new homes are designed and built to the very highest standard, with the demands of the modern home-owner very much in mind. Home owners are able to individualise their properties by choosing from a variety of professionally designed high specification kitchens, magnificent fireplaces and an extensive range of tiles,” adds Sam.

Anyone wanting to see for themselves how luxurious and different a Pringle Home is can currently visit a view home at Pennington Gardens, Tabley Lane, Higher Bartle PR4 0LH on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pringle Homes provide an exclusive service, working with the customer to deliver their dream home, Sam adds: “With a Pringle Home the owners’ needs are carefully considered, balancing the need for high quality living, together with the demands of modern lifestyles and expectations.”
